Officials will shortly release the latest on the country’s Covid-19 outbreak, including the number of new community cases, hospitalisations and fatalities.
The Ministry of Health will provide the update in a written statement from 1pm on Wednesday.
There were 7113 new community cases reported on Tuesday, when 738 people were in hospital with the virus.

As of Tuesday, a total 1563 deaths had been confirmed as attributable to Covid-19, either as the underlying cause of death, or as a contributing factor.
The seven-day rolling average of deaths attributable to Covid-19 was 22.
