The teenager went missing from Rakaia on Saturday but was found on Sunday.
A 14-year-old girl reported missing in Canterbury has been found safe and well.
A post on the Canterbury Police Facebook previously said the young girl was last seen in Rakaia in Canterbury on Saturday, and that police and her family had “concerns for her wellbeing.”
On Sunday a police spokesperson said the young girl had since returned and was “safe and well”.
