But a three-pointer by A.J. Hess and a two-point bucket by Allen capped the win for the visitors. Winnipeg was leading 89-74 when the clock was shut off with 3:28 left in the fourth quarter and a target score of 98 was established.

Allen, who played seven games for the Shooting Stars in 2022, came back to haunt his former team with 25 points on nine-for-10 shooting with seven rebounds and two assists to help the visitors to a 53-35 lead at the intermission. He finished the game with a 14-for-20 shooting night including three-for-seven from three-point range.
