The final episode of Succession will be a full 90-minutes long says the Emmy award-winning composer behind the music featured in the successful series.
As reported by The Independent, Nicholas Britell says the finale will be a “huge episode – like a movie”, seemingly confirming rumours around the run-time of the episode.
Given the show’s popularity, many fans have questioned why it is ending after only four seasons.

In response, series creator Jesse Armstrong says, “I’ve never thought this could go on forever. The end has always been kind of present in my mind.”
Armstrong added that the writing team wanted to “do something a bit more muscular and complete, and go out sort of strong”.
There are four episodes left in the season, with the final episode set to debut in New Zealand on Neon and Sky TV’s SoHo channel on May 29.
