A high draft choice of the Baltimore Orioles is now a member of the Winnipeg Goldeyes.
Adam Hall, who was born in Bermuda but moved to London, Ont., as a youth, has been signed by the American Association baseball team for the 2024 campaign.
The 24-year-old outfielder was selected in the second round of the 2017 Major League Baseball amateur draft by the Orioles out of A.B. Lucas Secondary School in London.
Hall played parts of six seasons in the Orioles’ system, reaching as high as Class-AAA with the International League’s Norfolk Tides in 2022.
He was with Canada’s junior national team from 2015 to 2017.
