Work to fix a stretch of Taranaki state highway will start this week, and travellers should expect delays.
Repairs for State Highway 3 at Uruti, between Uruti Rd and Mimi Rd, will involve stabilising the existing section with cement and overlaying it with new aggregate before sealing.
Waka Kotahi said the work is expected to take four to six weeks and drivers should expect delays of between five and 10 minutes, with stop-go traffic management in place.
